Event Description
XIMERA is an inter-collegiate management fest with an aim to discover the future of Indian Businesses. A two-day event, XIMERA would have 9 competitions across 3 categories. While the core events such as the Business Quiz, the Business Plan, the Paper presentation and the Best Manager bring out the acumen of the participants in terms of both thinking and execution, the specialised events under the domains of Human Resources, Marketing, Operations and Finance helps the participants gain expertise as they explore their area of interest. The icing on the cake is duo of niche events – one emphasising the spirit of entrepreneurship and another to address the crucial yet often overlooked angle of social responsibility while taking decisions.
