Registration for accommodation

Aakaar offers participants and visitors a chance to book accommodation through us. The hotels we book for you will be close to campus, good quality and at negotiated rates. The hotel allotment list will be uploaded on the website 4-5 days before the fest.

The fee for rooms is:
Room shared by 4 people - Rs. 620 per person per day
Room shared by 3 people - Rs. 825 per person per day

Register below to book your rooms. You will have to book individually. We will try to ensure that students from the same college are allotted rooms at the same hotel. Please note we cannot refund payments in case of cancellations.
