No participants can be part of more than one team.

There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college.

The selected candidates will be informed through mail.

The Teams will get 8-10 minutes to present their paper.

It will be followed by a question and answer session for 2-3 minutes.

The participants will have to present their papers in MS-Power Point (ppt) format only.

Abstract should not exceed 1 page and Paper should not exceed 6 pages

The full paper should be submitted as a MS Word document (.doc/.docx format) with Times New Roman font (size 12) and single spacing.

2 column formats (IEEE format) should be adopted.

The mail with submissions should contain: Title of the paper, Name of both the authors, Department with year, Name of the institution, contact number and email id.

All team members are not required to be enrolled at the same institution.

Decision of the judges will be final.
