In fact, some level of computer games is considered beneficial not just for relaxation, but also improvement of hand eye co-ordination, problem solving, and more.

The University of Toronto study discovered people who play action video games such as Call of Duty or Assassin’s Creed seem to learn a new sensorimotor skill more quickly than non-gamers do.A new sensorimotor skill, such as learning to ride a bike or typing, often requires a new pattern of coordination between vision and motor movement.With such skills, an individual generally moves from novice performance, characterised by a low degree of coordination, to expert performance, marked by a high degree of coordination.

The game is not just about shooting and killing the enemy, but thinking through how to defeat them best. How to pick up extra supplies, arms, and build alliances. It not just helps you react faster, but also helps thinking.

Counter strike is another first person shoot out game. In this game
