Chrysalis! 

In one word it is evolution! When a caterpillar reaches its maturity and becomes a butterfly that process is Chrysalis..  

So for us chrysalis is a phase in which we the students are the caterpillar maturing over the time period and learning practical things that no book can teach. So when the time comes we will evolve into the topnotch managers ready to go out in the open world and spread our wings to teach and to put in motion another cycle of Chrysalis for someone else.
