PULSE is the biggest Socio-Cultural, Literary and Sports Festival in South East Asia and most awaited event in the calendar of a Medical student in India as well as surrounding SAARC countries. The participants include students from over 750 Medical and Dental Colleges all over India. There is also huge participation by students from various engineering, arts, and commerce colleges all over Delhi and NCR.

The magnificient event schedule of Pulse includes Literary events like quizzes (including the Medillectuals Quiz), research paper presentation (called the 'Pulsating minds'), debates, extempore, Just-A-Minute, and various fun acitvities are organised daily. Also manycultural competitions in the field of dance, music, drama, street plays, etc. feature as part of PULSE each year. The entertainment domain which is an integral part of our fest comprises of Pop night, Classical night, Laughter night, Sunburn, Fashion show, Band nightamongst others. The stars we have had in recent years include Farhan Akhtar, Arijit Singh, Mohit Chauhan, Neha Kakkar, Wadali Brothers, Vishal-Shekhar, Salim-Sulaiman amongst many others.  Our gymkhana department would be the host of a plethora of games and sports in which the delegates compete. This mega-event would also include Blood donation camps, Organ donation awareness campaigns, female safety and welfare awareness program as a part of our year round Social activities.

PULSE has grown by leaps and bounds over the years, in our reach, popularity and the magnitude of events. At present, we have a participation of approximately 40,000 students from 750 colleges across the country to come and enjoy 7 days of skill and knowledge mela. PULSE enjoys a lot of publicity (print, electronic and web based) throughout the seven days of the fest. Pulse is a stage for cultural integration with delegates from all over India participating throughout the fest.
